He joined CNN as a White House Correspondent in 1992. That was his role till 1999. Blitzer started presenting the Sunday morning CNN show “Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer” in 1998. More than 180 countries broadcast the show.

He began his career as an anchor for the daily news program “The World Today.” Blitzer hosted “Wolf Blitzer Reports,” his own program, from 2000 until 2005. Since 2004, Blitzer has served as CNN’s anchor for every US presidential election.
