Suzanne married Toufik Benedictus Hinn, an Israeli televangelist, on August 4, 1979. After divorcing in 2010, the couple remarried in 2013 March.

Because Suzanne did not file for divorce from him based on biblical grounds, Benny encouraged his supporters to pray for the reconciliation of his marriage. He felt bad about putting his ministry ahead of his family. His second explanation for the breakdown of their marriage was Suzanne’s drug use and unstable emotional state.
