The Story of Isaiah Saldivar conversion To Christian
Saldivar was brought up in a Christian home, although he stopped attending church at some point. For a number of years, he had given up on Christianity and considered it to be pointless. But in 2011, something happened that changed my life.
On January 12, 2011, he went to a church service in Modesto, California, not realizing that this would be the last church service of his life. He simply went to church because he wanted to, without any external pressure.
However, this day was different. Isaiah’s hunger for the word increased with each sermon the pastor spoke. Without pausing to think, he rushed to the altar shortly after the service ended and made a brief prayer that would alter the trajectory of his life.
All of a sudden, the purpose of his drinking and partying life vanished, and he began to feel overpowered by the Holy Spirit. For him, that Wednesday night remains unforgettable even now. He entered as a sinner and departed as the son of God.
After inviting God into his life, Isaiah was shocked to learn that he had been a nonbeliever for the majority of his life and that he had been unable to sleep three nights in a row. He began purging himself of any recollections and items that served as a reminder of his former life, and his previous ways of thinking and being had all but vanished.
As the only member of his family involved in ministry, his uncle Ben Lucero (Nino) was the person he turned to for advice. Since then, Isaiah has committed his life to following Christ, and he is working to win as many people as he can over to God’s kingdom.
