According to the indictment, on November 1, 2023, Takeoff, a 28-year-old Georgian musician whose true name was Kirsnick Khari Ball, was shot and died.In this instance, Patrick Clark has been legally charged with murder. After being taken into custody by Houston police in December, Clark was released in January after posting a $1 million bond.
